Run the TEIQue across your whole practice
Issue questionnaires to clients and cohorts, generate reports the moment they finish, and keep candidates, groups and past sessions in one workspace.
From invitation to feedback session
Invite the client
One person or a full cohort, with a closing date and a reminder schedule.
Watch it come in
Completion tracked per assignment, so you know who still needs a nudge.
Deliver the feedback
Reports generate on completion, ready to open in the session.
Assign to one client or a whole cohort
Send invitations, set a closing date, and watch completion come in without chasing anyone by email. Group assignments track as one job.
Reports ready before the session
Scoring runs on completion. Open the report, compare it against earlier ones, and take the coach aid into the feedback conversation.
Your client list, organised
Candidates, cohorts and every report they have taken sit in one record. Credits top up when you need them, so a busy month costs no more than it should.
The instruments you administer
Accredited coaches can issue the full range, from a single client profile to 360 feedback and team work. Every instrument comes from the London Psychometric Laboratory and is scored against published norms.

TEIQue Full Form
The complete client profile, 15 facets and four factors.

Developmental report
Written for a coaching conversation, with prompts to work from.

360 Coach Aid
Self-ratings against observer ratings, with interpretation notes.

Team report
Where a group is concentrated, and where nobody sits.
Get accredited first
The account opens once you are certified to interpret and administer the instruments. Training is self-paced and covers the full range.
Accreditation brings work, not just access
Certified practitioners are listed in the public directory, where individuals and organisations look for someone to read their results with. Your profile carries your specialisms, languages and the instruments you are certified on.
Coaching for a practice, not just a person
Hold your account independently, or through the organisation you coach for. Where several coaches work under one contract, a manager account sits above them: it allocates how many reports each coach can issue, tracks usage against the contract, and shows engagement by coach and team. It does not administer assessments itself.
Who works this way
Independent practitioners
One account, your own clients, credits bought as the work comes in.
Coaching practices
Several coaches under one roof, with a manager holding the budget.
Internal coaches
Coaching inside an organisation, with the account provided by your employer.
